Configuring IIS for response time collection

In order to collection response time data for IIS the IIS log file format must be configured to include
the "Date" and "Time Taken" information. This can be enabled in the IIS snap-in for the MMC. For each Web
Site, select the properties -> Web Site -> Enable Logging (Properties) -> Extended Properties tab and enable
these options. Your Web Site must be stopped and started to enable the settings.
